The guys were great, fast and fairly priced. Originally 1/2 heaters failed and Jared bypassed the faulty one and got us running up and running on the 2nd heater free of charge.. Above and beyond type stuff, so definitely was going to use Sewell for the eventual replacement job and they didn’t disappoint

I called Sewell Plumbing after discovering a gas leak in my home. They responded quickly and identified the problem promptly. The team that came to my house, Jeremy and Camden, was very professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. They listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly without making me feel rushed. After they completed the job, I received a call from the owner, followed by calls from the technicians to ensure I understood the process for working with the city and Atmos to get my gas turned back on. I will definitely use this company again.

We have used 3 different pluming service companies in the past year and 2 others over the past 5-7 years. Each was a substantial company in business for decades. I regret not finding Sewell sooner. Each aspect of their process… from the initial contact and estimate to the final piece of work and billing was superior… absolutely meeting my highest expectations. Brian was punctual when he first came to fix the leak in the shower faucet. He took care of the problem while also explaining what he was doing. However, there was a secondary leak which he did not notice initially because it was inside the wall. We called him and he came very quickly and fixed the problem, all under warranty from the first visit. We were very happy with the job he did.

I had a leaking toilet and phoned Sewell plumbing yesterday afternoon, and Brayan Perez was here 1st thing this morning. He is such a gentleman and just an outright kind person. He diagnosed the problem and explained why it happened. Additionally, after he fixed the problem, he showed me a couple of items in the tank that were not working properly and were worn out. He gave me an estimate for replacing them and was able to fix them while he was here! As a senior, I appreciate his concern about preventive maintenance and making me aware so I don’t have an emergency in the future! I cannot thank Brayan enough. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEWELL PLUMBING, and ask for Brayan if he’s available….you will NOT be disappointed!

We had a top-tier experience with Sewell Plumbing. We hired them for two projects: (1) replacing the plastic stop valves throughout our home with quarter-turn valves, and (2) installing TOTO Japanese smart toilets. Sewell was one of the few plumbing companies in our area that could confidently install smart toilets and do it right. It’s not a job for just any plumber—these installations require familiarity with the product and attention to detail. Sewell handled it flawlessly and at a fair price. The two plumbers who completed the work, Brayan and Camden, were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm to work with. Had such a great experience with this company. First the booking process was so easy had appt next day (non emergency) and he was right on time. Diagnosed the issue which a $400 problem is much better than the $5000 it could have been. With our crazy Dallaska freeze they still came out and took care of the issue for our appt scheduled. Super fast, reliable and easy to schedule and pay. Would definitely recommend and I plan to continue to use them!

Had these guys do a total replacement of the plumbing (new sewer, new water) at one of our projects and they knocked it out of the park. Great communication, great execution, fixed anything they broke (irrigation lines when trenching), and they were the most competitively priced. I'm blown away. Normally you have to choose 2 of 3 for speed, quality, and price. With Sewell Plumbing, you can get all 3. I recommend this company to anyone that needs great plumbing service.

My tankless water heater stopped working in January! I called Sewall Plumbing and spoke with Kendra. She set up an appt. for the next day at noon. Jarod, the plumber, found the problem within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he was working. He also flushed the tankless water heater before he left. Luckily I didn't need to buy a new water hearter!
